 Tumbleweed Tiny House Company is the maker of very nice, modest, small houses. Some are just shacks, while the largest ones are full houses that are still "cute". Great for that 3 season shelter deep in the woods or on a little prince type island. Then again, if you are a real man like me you live in an old hogs head by the river and you smoke a cob pipe barefoot. |

I LOVE these houses!! I have had this bookmarked for a few years now. I think the idea is BRILLIANT. Not only could it supply affordable housing for everybody, but it also redefines what we actually NEED in terms of space.

They're so tiny I'm half expecting a bird to pop its head out of the front door and shout, "Cuckoo!"
But seriously, simplicity is the key to a simple, sane and rich life. I want a small house, with less bills to heat/cool and with all of the money that I do save.... I want to travel and see the world with.

Cool houses! :-) Wonder if they'd hold up in a hurricane? The pic of the sphere in the woods was cool..it would probably hold up fine. I really like your blogsite! Lots of great pics! Speaking of finding interesting things on the beach...you never know what you'll see wash up on our beaches here.. last week it was some desperate Haitian refugees, a month ago it was rare Alaskan whales. Note to self..I'll be taking the camera tomorrow...just in case.
