@F22 : these shots always look awesome!
@Miniland..we got 'Madurodam' as a miniature park, but those models aren't build from lego.
@Toad: heard they were a major plague down there. They shouldn't be too hard to hunt :P

The mocumentary Cane Toads is one of the better independent films to ever emerge. Stupendously amusing.
-
the link to Cane Toads works ok..but I have to login..and don't want to bother registering..
*starts googling* Cane Toads movie

I know they are horrid and poisonus but I like Cain Toads

Arjan,
The first link, from the IMDB, has the movie to which I was referring.
The link to the animated short is different... maybe I'll watch it later when I get a chance.
My favorite scenes from the mocumentary are the interviews with a man addicted to Cain Toad poison. But the entire thing is filled with subtle kitsch. When they show an animated map of the Cain Toad's encroachment of Australia, they play the sound of marching troops in the background.
Well worth an hour of time to rent this one. Make sure you smoke up some toad skins first, tho.

I think the mockumentary is one of the finest of all media forms.
-
Heh, heh. That toad has man-tits.
-
cane toads are hideous and the news reports keep saying they're going to be in most parts of Australia within 10 years. blech...
