| Lil Wayne |
| Saturday, May 17, 2008 |

There was a time that Lil Wayne was part of an ace crack rap team - Cash Money (named in homage to the Cash Money Brothers, CMB, the top crack team in the late 80s, early 90s here in New Jack City). Yes he was an important part of that team. But as soon as he started to perform on his own, his music turned to shit. This would not be so shocking, rappers are constantly falling out, but for the fact that at the same time people began to consider him the best rapper around. He plain sucks. His rap has a poor beat, and he is winy as hell. His metaphors are also rather corny. Yes "I got cake like every day my birfday" or "(s)o much karats [sic] like im a fucking veggetarian." are two nice lines. But now he has taken things like that too far. Anyway, to top it off, he somehow got involved in this shittyest of all shitty (shittay in the context of rap) internet adds that seems to show up on warez sites often. Yeah I want that ring tone. Yeah I want to hear music from this guy...
On the plus side, he appears to have a preternatural smelling ability. Almost, I dare say, on the level of Ammmmmmmeeeeen over here. |

| Serious Explosion |
| Tuesday, May 06, 2008 |
If the video isnt working well (Live Leak is some low budget shit...) try the next video, or come back later.
This experiment appears to be the burning of some gas or liquid inside a clear glass container so that the flame can be seen. The lights were turned off to better highlight the combustion. I have seen this done many times in metal cans or wood boxes... burning lighter fluid or propane or something like that... but in a glass container right next to you? Very very dangerous. And in this case, the man was lucky to survive without any serious injury. This could have been fatal, and even more likely it could have blinded him or blown his hand off. Notice several things:
The stick used to light the contents was propelled aside at many fps. The glass shattered and went flying all over, probably large pieces. (There is one case of an exploding glass container that killed a person, a shard went into his heart.) Note the power of the explosion was enough to shift the blinds on the other side of the room. Anyway great video, it seems like he only got a hit on the side, very lucky, and pretty damn dangerous.
If you are thinking of doing a dry ice or liquid nitrogen bomb... this should give you an idea of the power you can expect. Be careful out there. |
