| Following a bison and then throwing something at it |
| Sunday, July 25, 2010 |
Makes you a stupid asshole. Obviously an American tourist, probably from the midwest, was involved. For the record, bison bulls start around 1000 lbs on the low range, and go up to about 1 metric ton.
Even Fox news knows this was dumb. |

This one is for the google employee (or prison inmate working for google at $2 an hour) who thought that a topless Marge Simpson was a violation of the nudity policy.
*Update arg google strikes again! If you didn't get the chance to stare at this image and then eat kittens for breakfast and start looting in the streets, because boobs almost universally result in violence, I am sorry we could not hold them off for longer.

| I can haz advertising income? |
| Monday, July 19, 2010 |

As a result of certain comments made here, somewhere among more than 1000 posts, Google no longer allows this web page to host ads.
Odd, I still see ads on the side of the page. If someone clicks on one of these, will Google profit but then not have to pay? Why does that sound like the thing they would want most?
In any event, the ads will be removed forthwith. Suck a dick, Google, no homo. |

| Phantom Eye UAV can loiter for up to 4 days - burns hydrogen fuel |
| Monday, July 12, 2010 |

"ST. LOUIS, July 12, 2010 -- The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] today unveiled the hydrogen-powered Phantom Eye unmanned airborne system, a demonstrator that will stay aloft at 65,000 feet for up to four days.
"Phantom Eye is the first of its kind and could open up a whole new market in collecting data and communications," Darryl Davis, president of Boeing Phantom Works, said today at the unveiling ceremony in St. Louis. "It is a perfect example of turning an idea into a reality. It defines our rapid prototyping efforts and will demonstrate the art-of-the-possible when it comes to persistent intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance. The capabilities inherent in Phantom Eye's design will offer game-changing opportunities for our military, civil and commercial customers."
Later this summer, Phantom Eye will be shipped to NASA’s Dryden Flight Research Center at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif., to begin a series of ground and taxi tests in preparation for its first flight in early 2011. That debut flight is expected to last between four and eight hours.
"The program is moving quickly, and it’s exciting to be part of such a unique aircraft," said Drew Mallow, Phantom Eye program manager for Boeing. "The hydrogen propulsion system will be the key to Phantom Eye's success. It is very efficient and offers great fuel economy, and its only byproduct is water, so it's also a 'green' aircraft." Phantom Eye is powered by two 2.3-liter, four-cylinder engines that provide 150 horsepower each. It has a 150-foot wingspan, will cruise at approximately 150 knots and can carry up to a 450-pound payload.
Key Phantom Eye suppliers and partners include Ford Motor Company (engines); Aurora Flight Sciences (wing); Mahle Powertrain (propulsion controls); Ball Aerospace (fuel tanks); Turbosolutions Engineering (turbochargers); the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency; and NASA.
A unit of The Boeing Company, Boeing Defense, Space & Security is one of the world's largest defense, space and security businesses specializing in innovative and capabilities-driven customer solutions, and the world's largest and most versatile manufacturer of military aircraft. Headquartered in St. Louis, Boeing Defense, Space & Security is a $34 billion business with 68,000 employees worldwide." |

| Why religion is nonsense... |
|

... and does not belong in a science classroom. Yep. It is that simple. Religion is superstition and it has a remarkable ability to ruin just about anything it touches. Almost as if ignorance is contagious? Sorry guys but I don't feel the need to pull any punches here. All of the good things done by religion could have been done by humanists or normal ethical people, and they have been more than canceled out by the bad things. |

| What is worse than 90 days in jail? |
| Wednesday, July 07, 2010 |
Getting burnt alive.
"Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation in her DUI case, followed by a 90-day inpatient rehab program.
Judge Marsha Revel sentenced LiLo after an incredulous prosecutor, Danette Meyers, told the judge that Lohan has been thumbing her nose at the court.
The evidence was loud and clear today — Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge. There were lots of excuses, but ultimately they didn't fly.
The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case." |
